ive been super psyched out lately and feeling completely and utterly alone, but as soon as i saw maddy, i exploaded out all of my problems she didnt already know about. it felt great. ive been in a better mood ever since.

today at work,
my co-workers were talking about weight. i literally had to bite my tongue to keep from telling them tricks to lose weight. all of mine are anorexia tips. so, i said eat breakfast and drink cold water throughout the day. easy, safe tips.
